Registration and Tuition Policy
Registration fee and first months tuition are due upon enrollment.
Charges will posted on the 1st of each month. All fees not paid by the 10th of each month, will be subject to a $25 late fee
If a class is missed, making up a class at the same level, or a level below is strongly encouraged. Make-up classes must be taken within the current recital session.
Tuition is based upon a 52 week calendar year.
Classes begin on August 1st and continue through June 25th, there is no extra charge for 5 week months, and no refunds for scheduled holiday breaks. Tuition is calculated on a full season of classes from August 1st, 2022 to June 25th, 2023. Tuition payments are made in equal monthly installments and are non-refundable.
Monthly tuition is charged until the studio has received a written request of cancellation. You must inform the studio by the 25th of the month if you plan on un-enrolling.
The registration fee is annual fee of $50 per student. This is a non-refundable fee covers the cost of administration hours setting up students in the attendance and billing system. It also covers your dancer's insurance, music license fees, and studio communication costs, all separate expenses from class tuition.
Costume rental fees are tiered based on the number of classes each dancer is taking. This fee is per dancer, not per family. This fee will be due February 1st and goes towards the renting, cleaning, maintaining and the storing of our costumes for the spring recital and future stage performances. This fee is non-refundable.
Performance fees ($30/family) will be posted on November 1st and May 1st. This fee covers the cost of two full stage performances as well as lighting, photography, and towards the rental of a venue.
Each recital will be ticketed at a cost. We will send out more information about each recital once it comes closer to the event.
