Registration and Tuition Policy​

• Tuition payments are made in equal monthly installments August - May. There is no extra charge for months with five weeks and no refunds for scheduled holiday breaks. Tuition payments are non-refundable.

• Tuition is due on the 1st of each month.  All fees not paid by the 10th of each month, will be subject to a $25 late fee.

• If a class is missed, making up a class at the same level, or a level below is strongly encouraged. Make-up classes must be taken within one month of your missed class.

• Tuition is due each month as long as your dancer is enrolled in our system. Enrollment remains active until we receive written notice of cancellation. We kindly ask that all cancellations be submitted in writing to avoid unnecessary charges.

• You must inform the studio by the 25th of the month if you plan on un-enrolling.

Additional Fees

• Annual Registration Fee - $50/student - due at time of registration. The registration fee covers the cost of administrative hours setting up students in the attendance and billing system. It also covers your dancer's insurance, music license fees, and studio communication costs, all separate expenses from class tuition. Your "membership" includes free transfers of classes, priority enrollment, and priority on all class waitlists.

• Recital Performance Fee-  Two payments of $50/family - due November and May. This performance fee is non-refundable and covers the cost of two venue performances. This fee is used towards the venue rental, venue and studio staffing, lighting design techs, music techs, photographer and videographer.  The recital fee includes digital access/digital files to ALL DANCES/RECITALS for both WINTER and SPRING! 

• Recital tickets are sold separately.

• Costume Fees -

  • Winter Recital Costume Fee : $35/per dancer due in November for the use of our in-house costume inventory. The fee will go towards the rental, cleaning, maintaining, and the storing of our costumes. 

  • Spring Recital Costume Fee: Dancers will be required to purchase and keep costumes for each dance they are in. The total number of costumes - and the overall cost- will vary depending on how many routines the dancer is in.

    • February - a non-refundable $50 deposit per costume is due.

    • April - The remaining balance, based on the final costume selected for each dance, will be due.

  • Costume purchases are mandatory for participation in performances, and all costume fees must be paid in full before costumes are distributed. Costume fees are non-refundable after they have been ordered.
